Returns
Catalog items
Returnable for a full refund within 7 days of delivery if unopened, undamaged, and in the original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Custom prints
Custom orders are non-refundable once printing has started. However: if your custom item arrives damaged or doesn't match the agreed spec, we reprint or refund — no questions asked.
Damaged in transit
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging + item. We'll cover return postage and reprint or refund.
How to start a return
Email hello@thingit.store with your order number (TI-NNNN). We'll send you the return address and process the refund within 5 working days of receiving the item.
